Tony Leung KICKs some ASS in ‘RED CLIFF’
There is something EPIC about Chinese WAR movies. Like its not even EPIC its like SUPER EPIC!!!! Too much human carnage in one scene for anyone to handle. Its true to heart viewing but not really to the point its EPICALLY unbelievable. Since these stories are true to history and not just some made up mythological wizardry story, This is a story when warriors of all walks of life brought the land of the East from 8 nations to ‘One’ to what its called today; China aka THE MIDDLE KINGDOM. The Centrifugal force of the EAST!

‘WHERE U AT?!’ - Tae Yang LIVE (태양) JUST DANCE!
Hell yes this boy can dance LIVE! Even better than the original edited video. HOLY KRAP! Another addictive track this summer. Tae is doing what K-pop does best; Choreographed dancing. This will be just like what ‘Eat You Up’ did for BoA but better!
Japanese McDonald’s Commercial is Fashion!
Miss Ronald McDonald never look so runway friendly. Turning a simple burger into something gourmet can be quite a task. Japan does it better with it their Maccas ad. The ambassador for this campaign even speaks French of some sort!
IVY HOT KIMCHI GIRL SINGS “TOUCH ME” and gets BANNED IN KOREA!
So this K-pop girl sings like Britney on Crack. So its inappropriate big woop. This IVY girl makes Pussy Cat Doll look Disney according to Korean TV. She is hot property but she is banned everywhere to play this infamous video. Its not even that risque. Maybe
moving vigoursly in some glorified studio in Seoul like a Kgirl on Crack but she is nowhere near as naked
as some American babes on MTV.
Thanks Hollywood! You didn’t destroy my childhood Anime fav ASTROBOY. 3D is actually GOOD!
Its strange how a Japanese cult Hero like Tezuka’s Astroboy can be so Americanised in the newly 3D movie length feature. The story in this film is slightly adjusted which does make justice to its original 60’s Japanese animation even though the Astroby died in a car crash not in a miltary science experiment. This computer animated American feature is a comedic emotional roller-coaster with underlying themes of humanity and its reliance of machines. The issue of cloning+robotics are raised which actually makes the audience think about earth’s sustainability to cope with its eco system. The 3D feature is made possible with the fun and colorfulness from the geniuses in downtown Hong Kong@ IMAGI STUDIOS. Its full of fun and family goodness and memorable cute orphan characters and with some robots resembling happy tree friends and little big planet. Very kids friendly and for all age groups who have a love of the original Japanese Animation.
There are so many underlying political themes in this film. With the representation of Blue VS Red and the world of dirty politics being presented in the most interesting way possible. The element of the floating city in mid air is a homage to ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’. Hayao Miyazaki’s classic ハウルの動く城.
Even though there are so many characters in this 3D animation which are so Americanised its an exceptional remake of a classic story made to cater for a wider audience.
However its disappointing how the orginal catchy Japanese theme song is missing and the characters are not speaking Japanese but American English makes it even extra surreal.
Overall its a fun and colourful ride of an unlikely hero; a robotic kid with rocket boots with an amazing heart&soul to save the world of mad dictators.
PS: I alsonoticed the entire credits have Simplified Chinese Characters next to the English names. Most of the Animation department is created in the 3D Maya studio downtown in HONG KONG’s Imagi Studio.

MY Life has a Superb Cast But I Can’t Figure out the Plot because somethings are left to be ambiguous and to be figured out by the Audience’s Imagination.

SONY HDTV Commercial will make you learn Chinese. So many strange cultural elements in this commercial. Lets all play Adopt an Asian TV cause not all of them are the same.
There is something crazy about JT. He has been doing all these strange TV appearances on Saturday Night Live; Parodies..Jizzing in his pants stunts and now this BRAVIA tv commercial for SONY HDTV teaching people Chinese. What drugs has he been taking? The script writer in Sony’s marketing department and reference to cross cultural elements is obviously stating Globalisation has gone way wrong in the most funny way ever.
So the commercial depicts an Ordinary African American family shopping in the TV section of a department store. Apparently the Man of the house cannot tell the difference between all of the TV’s on displayed. Here comes Justin Timberlake playing ping-pong table tennis and the sports news reader introducing the BRAVIA range as the best thing ever and that it can improve your sport skills by watching SPORTS on a SONY TV. wOw. FUNNY! Unbelievably funny. Comic Genius! Wii much?
This is the awesomely good part. JT starts verbally mispronouncing Mandarin Chinese like his on crack. Apparently SONY TV’s make you improve on your Chinese speaking ability too. Does TVBJ subtitles look better on HD or is it all that Jizzing?

Canon SLR on steroids!!! Talk about easy on the eyes and weight!
